Yazmin Valverde

Yazmin Valverde, age 37, of Troy passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Kettering Health Network in Dayton, OH. She was born on August 2, 1983 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Perfecto and Flora (Ramirez) Valverde of Troy.

In addition to her parents, Yazmin is survived by her daughter, Atyana Brown; sons, Kyjuan Sano, Braylon Brown, and Gabryel Brown; boyfriend, Christian Cruz of Troy; sister, Jocelyne (Pedro) Hernandez of Troy; brother, Luis Alberto Valverde of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico; nephew, Thiago Hernandez; niece, Selena Strohmenger; and aunts, Nelly Ramirez and Eliza Valverde.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Ricardo Ramirez and grandmother, Maria Valverde.

Yazmin loved nothing more than being a mother and an aunt. She had endless love for her family and was a simple and caring person. When she was not taking care of her family, Yazmin enjoyed trying different food.
