Brenda Margaret Sleeper

Brenda Margaret Sleeper, age 88 of Tipp City and formerly of Troy, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County, Troy. She was born August 19, 1933 in England to the late Henry and Adelaide (nee George) King. 

Those left to cherish Brenda's memory include her husband James Louis Sleeper, whom she married on March 19, 1955, their daughter Nancy Sleeper of Urbana, and her many friends.

Brenda was a devout member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Troy, where she served on the Altar Guild for 25 years. Brenda loved animals and she was a former member of the Animal Welfare League and current member of the Redwings Animal Sanctuary in Norfolk, England as well as many other animal organizations. She also loved to read, travel, and watch all the wildlife and birds in her yard. Brenda loved her beautiful homeland of England and the Queen.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at the Riverside Cemetery Cremorial at Riverside Cemetery, Troy with Pastor Ann Marie Winters officiating. Donations in Brenda's memory may be given to the PAWS Animal Shelter in Urbana. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
