Billy Harold Romine

Billy H. Romine, age 76 of Piqua, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born October 17, 1942 in Huntington, WV to the late Elmer J. and Dorothy M. (Myers) Romine.

Billy is survived by his wife Debra (Moore) Romine, who he married June 30, 2001; son Joseph Romine of Piqua; stepsons Leslie Leathem of Piqua and Joseph Leathem of Piqua; two grandchildren, four step grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sisters Deborah Romine of Huber Heights and Kathy Brown (Jim) of Berea, and brother Charles Romine (Birdie) of Vandalia.

Billy was a US Air Force veteran. He was a Vandalia Butler High School graduate and attended Ginghamsburg Church. He enjoyed bowling and fishing and loved all types of sports including baseball, basketball and softball. He was an avid fan of Elvis and collected history books on the Titanic. He retired from the former United Retail Logistics in Troy after 10 years of service on the janitorial staff.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
