William Scott Stewart age 62 of Troy, passed away Wednesday April 20, 2016. He was born August 20, 1953 in Troy.

William is survived by his mother Patricia (Thompson) Rife of Troy; stepfather Donald Rife of Troy; sons and daughter-in-law William Scott Stewart, Jr. and Chrissy Lowrie of Park Layne and Gregory Preston Stewart of Dayton; grandchildren William Stewart III, Alissa Stewart, Dillon Stewart and Ashton Stewart; sisters and brother-in-law Deborah and Donald Stein of PA and Belinda Stewart Hall of Piqua; brothers and sister-in-law Steven Stewart of Piqua, Douglas Stewart and Robert and Lisa Stewart of Troy; as well as several nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law Kenneth Hall precedes him in death.

A 1972 graduate of Troy High School, William worked and retired as a laborer from L and C Deflashing and Coating in Piqua.

A memorial gathering will be held 2:30PM Friday, April 29, 2016 at Mid-County Church of Christ, Troy.
